There is the opposition of political parties which are the democratic parties and the Republican party which are the primary choice.

and the choices they are allowed to make are based on the type of conflict or discussion like lowering the taxes or not or bringing the gas prices higher or not then you are supposed to have reasonings on why yes or no.

No, because Americans that are in the Republic are being controlled because over half of the votes, or 57%, and controlled by the republican government.

It matters about the type of cash the political citizens have for example 15,000$ for a court case like child services or something like that can happen but also it matters about how much money or proof do you have to make it sound believed able to the judge.
