You can see for the y-axis shows the numbers for home runs, each column add 2, and x-axis for hits, each line add 10.

For the first one you need to find the number for home runs when hits=154, so you can see the plot at the right side of 150 hits and left side of 160 hits. And the plot is located at y=26, which means 26 home runs.

The second one you have x=154, and y=0.15x-1.5,

so y=0.15x154-1.5=21.6
