4/16 in its simplest form is 1/4
Because:
1. Find greatest common factor of 4 and 16 is (it's 4)
2. Divide the numerator and denominator by the greatest common factor.
4 divided by 4 is 1
16 divided by 4 is 4
Answer is 1/4
