Answer: to fast you need to train your body. to get used to not eating

Step-by-step explanation:

1: start by skipping Breakfast until you are used to not eating breakfast

2: then start by skipping lunch and breakfast

keep going tho

3: try just eating snakes 1 time a day. nothing big just something small like (crackers, Fruits, and other things that's not to junky

4: Eat 1 meal a day. it doesn't always need to be. "skip breakfast skip lunch eat dinner" you can just do "eat breakfast skip the rest" or any way your comfortable with.

5: Drink plenty of water (best water is alkaline water its the best for fasting because it has electric lights) Gatorade can also work to

Before fasting you can prepare by slowly going into the fast then coming back out so your body gets used to the smaller intake.
