b = a + 25 degrees

But;

a + b = 180 degrees (sum of angles on a straight line)

a + a + 25 degrees = 180 degrees

2a = 180 degrees - 25 degrees

a = 77.5 degrees

b = 77.5 degrees + 25 degrees = 102.5 degrees

Therefore the measures of all angles formed by the lines is either 77.5 degrees or 102.5 degrees.
