Depends. Each one has its own unique effects. Medications are quicker but have many side effects on the other side Behavioral Therapy can help you treat ADHD but may take some time and counseling can just help you cope with ADHD.

Gender Differences:

Females have been reported to be more inattentive and have higher rates of having more than 1 symptom than males that seem to have more hyperactivity symptoms.
