Page 6 & Gallery The fire evacuation plan is written as a single piece of text. Select the words where the new paragraphs should begin. There are 3 in total. Computerz-Limited is committed to ensuring that employees, visitors and contractors are kept as safe as possible whilst at any premises owned or under the control of the organisation. With this in mind, all staff should familiarise themselves with the locations of the fire alarms, fire call points, fire exits, fire assembly areas and fire tally boards. In the event of a fire alarm, staff should quickly and calmly evacuate to the nearest assembly area (the car park). They should also ensure that anyone with mobility impairments utilise the evacuation chair (if trained in its use) or are escorted to a "temporary refuge point" i.e. stairwell or corridors protected by 30 minute fire doors. During the alarm, fire wardens should assume their designated duties and ensure all staff members and visitors/contractors are accounted for. They should also refer to the phone numbers on the visitor sign-in sheet if you are unable to account for a visitor. Inform the fire service if a visitor/contractor cannot be located. When the alarm has finished, no person must enter the building until they are informed it is safe to do so. The all clear will be given by the fire service to the receptionist who will talk to the fire warden who will subsequently tell members of staff, visitors or contractors when it is safe to re-enter the building. Be aware that the alarm stopping is not a sign to re-enter as the alarms may have been damaged by the fire incident.

Step-by-step explanation:

The fire evacuation plan is written as a single piece of text. Here are the three places where the new paragraphs should begin:

"In the event of a fire alarm, staff should quickly and calmly evacuate to the nearest assembly area (the car park)."

"During the alarm, fire wardens should assume their designated duties and ensure all staff members and visitors/contractors are accounted for."

"When the alarm has finished, no person must enter the building until they are informed it is safe to do so."
