The correct answer is 12 units.

as we know the height of triangle is 3 units

the base of triangle is 4 units.

and
c^(2) = x^(2) +y^(2)

where c is hypotenuse and x is base and y is height

so c = 5 units

so perimeter = c+x+y = 12 units

the correct answer is 12 units
