Answer:

Break into smaller figures.

Explanation:

Obviously here you wouldnt be able to get a value for the area since there aren't any values but this is what you gotta do:

1. Area of semi-circle. 1/2 * pi *r^2

Here we know that r = 1/2 of PH so the area of the semi-circle is 1/2*pi*(1/2PH)^2

2. Area of rectangle. LxW

This one is easy, Length times width. ON/HK (cus they're the same) times (OH/NK)

3. Triangles

For both triangles you need the height of the triangle. in triangle NML this would be the length from M to the line NL. You do this for both triangles and then use (base times height)/2 for the area.

4. Add all those areas up.
