Fruits are part of the healthy food pie chart. For Todd, his diet isn't really gonna be effective, i mean, it may be effective, but the diet isn't encouraged by doctors and health professionals. Coby is eating healthy food and also exercising. The most important things for your health is sleep, food and exercise.
