if you have your first love and get separated unwillingly because of a situation but promise to see each other again and get back together what do you do? do you keep your promise and risk your future on a guess or do you move on despite the fact you love them?

I think I would keep my promise because that is what lovers do. I think this because I went on holiday with my family and I promised my bf we would see each other again. When I came back, my promise was kept and fulfilled and we are together again. He was waiting for me at the airport and we were so happy! This is why I think keeping promises are best.

You talk about it maturely with them and try to avoid/eliminate promises like that because it’s not healthy.There is always long distance relationships if that’s the issue. But if you’re young and your parents prohibit the relationship it’s not worth it. Just follow their rules and avoid problems. You will find love when the time is right, it may even be your first love. If they loved you they would want you to move on and to be happy. Hope this helps.
