Why breathing is more difficult in older adult?

There could be a many answers for the statement but usually it’s because when you grow older, your lungs become more week and then it’s harder for you to work with your lungs. Another big one is smoking, especially in this generation, because kids at the age of 12 are Discovering nicotine and other substances that could hurt your lungs so think about how their lungs would be like in their older 30s/40s

There are many answers for this but the most common obesity. Used to smoke. And age-related.related problems. And cardio-respiratory conditions lung disease, and heart failure etc
