Answer is equation y = 4x + 3

Step by step

First we find slope using formula
y2 - y1 over x2 - x1
7 - 3 over 1 - 0

4 over 1 or slope of 4

We can see one coordinate is ( 0, 3)
This means at zero (0) x your y coordinate is 3. This is your y intercept, where the line crosses the y axis.

our equation is y = m x + b

We know m is slope = 4
We know b is y intercept = 3

Fill in the values for your equation

y = 4x + 3
