the equation is 9-2x=-3

Explanation:

to get the x now, the 3 after the equal to sign will cross the equal to sign to become negative whereas the the 2x will cross the equal to sign to become positive

=9-3=2x

=6=2x now divide both by the co effecient of x

=6=2x

x=3
