What do we call living organisms that are made up of only one cell? Give an example.

Answer: These organisms are known as single celled or Unicellular organisms with 'Uni' meaning only one and cellular meaning 'cell'. They therefore are made of one only one cell. A significant example is Bacteria which belongs to kingdom Monera and paramecium, amoeba algae euglena which all belong to the Protoctista kingdom.
