Explanation:

y+4x^=1

f(x)=?

y+4x^2-1 is the same as y = -4x^2+1,

replace y with f(x)

f(x) = -4x^2+1

after you do that, replace x with 2

f(2) = -4(2)^ 2+1

2^2=4,

4 times = -4 = -16,

- 16+1 = -15.

f(2) = -15 .......
