Check the picture below.

notice, the parabola goes down down at a minimum at its vertex at (0 , -25) and then it goes up, now, at -5 f(x) is 0, so (-5 , 0), however at 6 f(x) = 11, so (6 , 11), so it goes as low as -25 and as high as 11.
