The probability of rolling a 6 on any given roll of the number cube is 1/6.

Since Thomas has rolled the cube 15 times and gotten a 6 on 5 of those rolls, the probability of rolling a 6 on any given roll is now (5/15) or 1/3.

For the 16th roll, the probability of rolling a 6 is still 1/6, since each roll is independent of the previous rolls. Therefore, the probability that Thomas will roll a 6 on the 16th roll is 1/6.
