Jose plays baseball and is trying out for the high school

team again this year. Last year, he made the JV team last
year but wants to make Varsity this year. Over the summer
Jose has put in a lot of work towards improving his skills. He
has attended camps, had a few private lessons and been
practicing at least three days a week. What Power can he
use with his coaches so that they take notice of his
improvement? In at least two full sentences, give me the
Power Jose would use and an example of what he could say
to his baseball coaches.

ANSWER -

The power that Jose can use with his coaches to showcase his improvement is the power of effective communication. By being proactive and communicating his progress to his coaches, Jose can increase his chances of making the varsity team. For example, he could approach his coaches before or after practice and say something like "Coach, I've been working really hard over the summer to improve my skills, and I wanted to show you how much progress I've made. Would you mind watching me during batting practice and giving me some feedback?" By taking the initiative to communicate his efforts and progress, Jose can demonstrate his commitment to the team and his desire to improve, which will likely impress his coaches.
