Stress. 2 types of stresses exist, there are good stresses and bad stresses. Stress can be bad to humans. Distress can lead to physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping. Research suggests that stress also can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or diseases.
Good stress, or eustress, is the type of stress you feel when you're excited. Your pulse quickens and your hormones surge, but there is no threat or fear. You might feel this type of stress when you ride a roller coaster, compete in a game, or go on a first date.
I believe stress is bad for humans, it causes more problems than it solves. Sometimes when we are stressed we act without thinking, we just do it then regret it later. Stress can lead to a mixture of many different emotions and when we don't know how to control them, it can lead to bad things occuring.
