Answer: Use the formula C (percent change/ percent difference) = x (the final value)-Y (the initial value) / Y, or C= x-y/y

Step-by-step explanation: This is the official formula. I found that it's easier to use the bigger value in the top x-y first, so you don't have to calculate the absolute value, but other than that the formula is correct.
