This is likely true but it can vary based on the job. When women are working in jobs, while they are in the workplace, they are unable to be there in cases in which their children need them. However, this may not be true for all jobs, it can also vary based on if the workplace has strict working environment rules on if they are allowed to leave during their work shift or not.
