Name one math concept that you struggle with initially but you eventually understood it?????????

(Speaking in first person) One math concept I struggled with initially were exponents. I kept making the mistake of multiplying the number by the exponent, example: 6^2, instead of the correct answer 36, I would put 12. Eventually I got the hang of it by practicing asking for help when needed.
