The Golgi apparatus and ribosomes are both found in animal and plant cells. Ribosomes are primarily composed of nucleic acid (RNA) and protein. Their job basically synthesizes proteins.
On the other hand, Golgi apparatus receives proteins synthesized by the ribosomes. It modifies, sorts, concentrates, and packs them into vesicles.
Based on the role played by the ribosomes and Golgi apparatus, ribosomes are like the factories (synthesizes proteins), and Golgi apparatus is like a packaging counters of the cell that carry proteins from the ribosomes to the plasma membrane.
