The shaded fraction is 160 / 360 ths of the entire area

160/360 * pi (5)^2 = shaded area =~ 35 in^2

Similarly , the arc is 160/360 ths of the entire circumference

160/360 * pi ( 2 * 5) = 13.96 = ~ 14 inches
