☁️Answer☁️ I think the options is missing in some part.The haemoglobin of sickle cell anaemia differed from normally haemoglobin by a single amino acid.

Sickle cell anaemia is caused by genetic mutation which affects the haemoglobin. The haemoglobin is a red ,iron rich compound that gives the blood red color and allow the red blood cells to carry oxygen from the lungs to every other part of body. The sicle cell haemoglobin differs by normal haemoglobin by a single amino acid, valine replace glutamate at the beta chain. People with sickle cell disease have haemoglobin called haemoglobin s that change the red blood cell which is in disc form into sickle or crescent shape which make them sticky and rigid and the get trapped in blood vessels, which hinder blood from getting to other parts of the body.
