Los Angeles: 4500 km / 300,000 km/s = 15 seconds
Tokyo: 11,000 km / 300,000 km/s = 36.67 seconds
The Moon: 400,000 km / 300,000 km/s = 1,333.33 seconds
Mars: 0.5 a.u. / 300,000 km/s = 8.33 minutes
