Hope ir helps, the triangle inside itself has 180* angle, so for the Y we subtract known angles 57 and 48.

For x its a 180 straight line horizontally, but we know the angle y now, and subtract it from 180

Answer:

x = 105°

Explanation:

The exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the opposite interior angles. Therefore, x = (57° + 48°) = 105°

Proof:

Let all angles in the triangle = A, B, and C, with A = 57°, B = 48°, and C = Y.

Therefore, A + B + C = 180° (Angle sum of a triangle = 180°)

(If we subtract C from both sides), A + B = 180° - C

And 180° - C is equal to X, the exterior angle (angles on a straight line are supplementary)
