P (not gray) = 0.88

1) Let's find the Sample Space

The Probability of not having gray eyes is counted within everybody but the people of gray eyes, the complementary:

The total of men and women that do not have gray eyes, over the total number of people in this survey.

P(notgray)=(75+72)/(167)=(147)/(167)=0.88

2) The number of favorable outcomes over the total number. So there's a probability of 0.88 or 88% that a person without gray eyes being chosen.
