The two basic forms of government are democratic and non-democratic. The advantages of democratic are better to reflect what the people want since the representatives are chosen directly from the people. Disadvantages to a democratic could be unnatural equality. Advantages to a non-democratic could be it saves time, money and labor. Disadvantages are the people not having freedom over who they vote.
