So notice here that f(-2)=2 and g(-2)=-10. Using this info, we are given that

g(x)=k•f(x)

So we can say the following

g(-2)=k•f(-2)

Plugging in the values for g and f we have

-10=2k

Dividing both sides by 2 we get

k=-5

Hope this helps!
