A) Probability that the person opposed the tax and is female.

From the given table :

The number of person opposed the tax and is female is 297

Probability = 297/1054

Probability hat the person opposed the tax and is female. = 0.281

B) Probability that the person supports the tax or is male.

From the given table :

the number of person supports the tax or is male = 156

Total number of people = 1054

Probability = 156/1054

Probability = 0.148

Probability that the person supports the tax or is male is 0.148

C) Probability that the person is not unsure or is female.

From the given table :

Number of people that are not unsure or is female = 20/1054

Probsbility = 0.0189

Probability tha the person is not unsure or is female is 0 .0189
