Answer:

There is three types go government:

1) Legislative - this a branch that creates laws.

For example, The Legislative branch is made up of the House and Senate. If you wanted to add a bill to our law bill, you would have to enter the Legislative branch and convince them to propose your law.

Then that get passed to number two.

2) Executive - this a branch that carries out laws.

So, you law that has been passed to the Legislative branch, will now be transferred to the executive branch. This gives the President the right and choice to either sign the legislation into law or to veto bills enacted by Congress. However, Congress may override a veto with a two-thirds vote of both houses.

This then gets passed the last branch which is:

3) Judicial - this a branch that includes the U.S. Supreme Court (aka the highest court in the United States.

Finally, The justices hear cases that have made their way up through the court system. The judicial branch is protecting individual rights granted by the state constitution; Determing the guilt or innocence of those accused of violating the criminal laws of the state; Acting as a check upon the legislative and executive branches of state government. They are the ones that do the last decision on whether they believe your bill is beneficial to everyone, and could help and protect more lives, if not....your bill is then declined and your recommend law is not passed.
