If a speaker had made a grammatical mistake, how would a worker have to transcribe it (For instance, “I has a puppy.”)?

Answer:

The transcriber must type exactly the same way all of the words stated by the speaker, whether correct or incorrect. As a result, even though the transcriber understands the sentence should be 'I have a puppy,' he should nonetheless transcribe it as 'I has a puppy. '
