Part A

Find out the slope

we need two points

Looking at the graph

we take (-1,6) and (0,2)

m=(2-6)/(0+1)

m=-4/1

m=-4

The slope is m=-4

Part B

Find out the y-intercept

Looking at the graph

the y-intercept is the point (0,2)

therefore

b=2

Part C

The equation in slope-intercept form is given by

y=-4x+2
