what is the value of ‘n’

Answer:

n=5

Explanation:

First you would want to distribute the 3 and the negative. This would give you the equation 3n+6-n+1=17. Then when you simplify the equation you would get 2n+7=17. Then take away the 7 to isolate the variable so it would look lik 2n=10. Then divide by 2 to get n which is 5. So n=5
