Since we have the median, we now separate the data equally to the left and right of the median.

Thus, on the left (lower) portion we have 10, 11, 13, 18, and 19. We see 13 is the middle term of these 5 values so 13 is the lower quartile (Q1).

Similarly, one the right (upper) portion, we have 22, 25, 27, 30, and 32. We see 27 is the middle term of these 5 values so 27 is the upper quartile (Q3)
