The equation 7(2W + 3) = 14W + 20 has no solution because it produces a false statement when you distribute

14 W + 21 = 14 W + 20

because 21 ≠ 20.

To make it have infinitely many solutions, you need to make that statement always true. You can do this by changing the "20" on the right side to be "21":

7(2W + 3) = 14W + 21

This equation is always true, no matter what value of W you pick.
