2/3 of 150 = 100
So there were 100 male employees initially.
100-20 = 80 males
50-10 = 40 females
80+40= 120 employees in total, 40 of them being females.
Probability of choosing a female employee = 40/120 = 4/12 = 2/6 = 1/3
