they hit one of the targets, they get the target points.

Messi shot the ball. His ball followed the path of the equation where x is the target
points:
3(3x - 4) = 24
6.8 (2.3x + 5.7) = 132.6

The first equation 3(3x - 4) = 24 can be solved for x as follows:

3(3x - 4) = 24

9x - 12 = 24

9x = 36

x = 4

So, if Messi hit the target, he would score 4 points.

The second equation 6.8 (2.3x + 5.7) = 132.6 can be solved for x as follows:

6.8 (2.3x + 5.7) = 132.6

2.3x + 5.7 = 132.6 / 6.8

2.3x + 5.7 = 19.55

2.3x = 13.85

x = 6

So, if Ronaldo hit the target, he would score 6 points.
