How could the judicial branch stop you?

Answer: If the legislative branch (Congress) passes a bad law, the executive branch (the president) can usually veto it. If a bad law already exists, the judicial branch might declare the law unconstitutional.

Explanation: Lets say you work in the courts this law will not let you make unnecessary laws.
