Put, y-6=5(x+2) into the form,Ax+By=C.

y-6=5(x+2), distribute the 5 into the parenthesis

=> y-6=5x+10, add the value of 6 to both sides

=> y=5x+16, subtract the value 5x from both sides

=> y-5x=16, thus we are in the form Ax+By=C
