Radius = 6

Explanation:

The standard equation of a circle is

(x - a)² + (y - b)² = r²

where
(a, b) is the center of the circle and

r is the radius

Comparing (x - 10)² + (y - 3)² = 36

it is easy to see that a = 10, b = 3 and r =√36 = 6
So center is(10, 3) and radius is 6
