Answer:

Explanation:

Given points are P(-1,4) and Q(-4,-2)

we know that slope m between two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is m=y2-y1/x2-x1

so,slope m between points P and Q is m=-2-4/-4-(-1)

m=-6/-3

m=2

Now,we know that equation of line

with slope m having points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is y-y1=m(x-x1)

so equation of line between P and Q is y-4=2(x+1)

y-4=2x+ 2

y=2x+6
