Yes!

`(2^(2) )^(3)` = 2^6 = 64

(8-4)^2 = 4^2 = 16

then for the last part

4^-4 is the same as
`1/4^(4)` or 1/256

Then it is order of operations:

do 16 x 1/256 first which is 1/16

and then 64 - 1/16 to get 63 15/16 :)
