To find the slope, we have to use two points from the given tables. Let's choose (-2,-2), and (8,0).

Now, we use the slope formula

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(0-(-2))/(8-(-2))=(2)/(8+2)=(2)/(10)=(1)/(5)

Therefore, the slope is 1/5.

Now, we use the slope, one point, and the point-slope formula to find the equation of the line.

\begin{gathered} y-y_1=m(x-x_1) \\ y-0=(1)/(5)(x-8) \\ y=(1)/(5)x-(8)/(5) \end{gathered}

At last, we graph this equation. The image below shows the graph.
