Your friend has met someone online. Now your friend thinks that he or she has developed a close relationship with this new friend. The communication has been personal and involves self-disclosure about his or her lifestyle and experiences. Your friend wants to meet this friend he or she met via the Internet. What questions and advice do you have for your friend before he or she meets his or her online friend? How do you think that face-to-face communication will differ from communication via the Internet?

i would tell her to make sure it's not a scam and to at least have known this person for 4-6 months.Considering that she or he talk with the persona everyday i think that is a good amount of time to know well the person.

i think that it would be akward at first since it's like meeting a new person but already knowing that person, it's quite complex to explian.
