Answers in order-
1. Allowing undocumented people in America to vote would take away American citizens rights. It similar to allowing a person on an opposing team to decide the captain of another team. Undocumented people are not citizens of the United States, it is by law that you must be an American citizen to vote. Allowing other people to enter the U.S. and voting would not be fair to our rights and put them at jeopardy.
2.In 2022 a representative in the House of Representatives drafted a proposal that would block illegal and undocumented immigrants from voting. This drafted 117th Congress House of Representatives #866
3. The legislative branch of government should decide if undocumented people in America can vote, because they rely on the vote of the American citizens and the agreement of the House and Senate, rather than just one singular person, the Executive, or a small group of people, the Judicial.
4.There are not any laws that allow undocumented immigrants to vote, since many agree that it is fair to have non-citizens vote and decide laws that will change our lives.
