Answer:

Dear ( your headmaster's name),

As a principal, I realize you have a tough and demanding job. I know that you are passionate about helping the students succeed at ( school name ). It is important that you know about a serious matter that is happening within your school. My ( child gender ) and two of my (child gender) classmates are being harassed during P.E. It is happening in the 6th period class taught by Coach Underwood. One student has been making explicit and inappropriate comments to my (child gender) and other girls in the class. This behavior has been happening for four days.

My (child gender) and I have both spoken with Coach Underwood about this matter. However, it has still continued. My letter to you is my next step in seeing that this student's behavior stops. Also I would like to add another matter into this letter. Thank you for your service to (school name). I realize that you have a challenging job as an administrator. I think you are doing a great job, and I commend you for your leadership of the school.

Also, I am very upset about a situation in my (child gender) (grade) class. (child gender) teacher, (teacher name), has repeatedly removed (child gender) computer privileges. For at least six times in the past month, (child gender) has had to do (child gender) work on paper while everyone else uses computers. While I do understand that (gender) needs to be more efficient, I feel that (child gender) computer privileges should not be revoked. As you may know, computers allows students to get better at certain subjects and perform better, keep up grades, and take a break from writing. I feel that missing this time hinders (child gender) performance. (child gender) needs to be able to work like the others. I have spoken with (Teacher name) about this on two occasions, on March 18th and March 25th. On both times, (teacher gender) has said that removing computer access was necessary because (child gender) could not focus on what (teacher gender) was teaching on the board. I do not agree with this. Perhaps we can find a different solution that does not require removing his computer privileges.

I would like to speak with you about this as soon as possible. Please contact me at ( phone number) . You can also reach me at work at (phone number).

Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.

Respectfully, (your name)

Step-by-step explanation:

those are only 2 problems.
