x = 12

y = 11

Explanation:

It's a parallelogram, so opposite sides are equal.

4x + 10 = 58

4x = 58 - 10 = 48

x = 48/4 = 12

10y - 6 = 104

10y = 104 + 6 = 110

y = 110/10 = 11
